Ecopsychology

How many of your clients are grappling with chronic and situational stress, especially in light of recent global developments? Evidence suggests that stress is a root cause of countless other symptoms, and can be debilitating if not well-managed. Ecopsychology offers an ideological framework and techniques to empower people as they deal with the challenges of the modern world by strengthening the connection between their inner landscapes and their natural ecological contexts. When harmony between inner and outer nature is achieved, individuals relax into a sense of inherent respect for themselves and others.
